BETTY SANVILLE has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 1985.  She holds the GRI designation.  Betty has specialized in new and existing residential and condominium markets.  She especially enjoys working with first time buyers, and shares with them her extensive real estate knowledge in order to make the buying experience a positive one.

Betty has a large network of professionals whom she has had strong working relationships such as mortgage brokers, local attorneys, building inspectors, pest inspectors, real estate appraisers, whom she can always turn to for advice and always have available to her buyers and sellers to be able to provide reputable and quality service.

Betty has very strong interpersonal  and negotiating skills, always getting the best price for her sellers and the very best price for her buyers when she represents them! Betty always works hard for her customers and clients and treats them like family.

Betty has four children, Scott, Sandra, Sarah and James. Sarah is married to Rob and they have a daughter, Betty’s first grandchild named Abby, now 2 years old. Sandra is married to Brian, newly married on New Year’s Eve 2004! Prior to entering the real estate industry, Betty was busy raising Scott, Sandra, Sarah and James. She is an award-winning mom! And Grandmom!
